The website provides a unique opportunity for users to maintain anonymity, find the services to suit their needs, and realize the opportunities for support that reside in their own neighborhood.
Keeping care close to home is a priority for all hospices, and so, FindYourHospice.ca was created to help coordinate services through the use of the internet.
